the staff was really kind and helpful. the room had a decent size and the amenities were good. i am grateful they fulfilled my rectangular bed request. the location is superb, it is good for first-time visitors.

The room was dark and the lighting was overly gimmicky. i found silverfish bugs in the room, so i questioned the cleanliness and dampness. there was rubbish on the floor. I felt the room wasn't cleaned properly before my arrival.
